Before you buy any recorded course
A very low price means little if the hours never reach your record. This is what we check, and what you should ask any seller.
Ask for the provider's accreditation with the Commission and for the activity number of each course. Check the provider's accreditation on the Commission's list, and ask for the ACA activity number of every course before you pay.
Completed hours are added to Mumaris Plus within 2 days, and the certificate can be downloaded from your profile.
We list only providers accredited by the Commission, unlike very cheap bundles that nobody checks.
Each course publishes clear learning outcomes and its accreditation number, so you can verify it before you buy.

Are the recorded courses accredited?
Yes. Each course is accredited separately by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and has its own activity number. The courses are delivered on the EduMed (Medical Academy) platform, an SCFHS-accredited CME provider.
How long until the hours appear in my SCFHS record?
After you complete the course, the hours are added to your Mumaris Plus account within 2 days, and you can download your attendance certificate from your profile on the platform.
Where do I register and pay?
You have two options. Register with us: fill in your details, transfer the fee to the provider's bank account shown on the payment page and upload the receipt; we then register you on the platform and follow up until your hours are credited. Or register yourself directly on the EduMed (Medical Academy) platform where that option is shown. The courses and certificates are provided by the platform itself.
How long can I access a course?
The access period of each course is written on its page, and you study at your own pace.
Can I get a refund?
Per the platform policy: if the platform cancels a course, the fee is refunded within two weeks of the cancellation date. Please choose the course or bundle that matches your remaining hours before you pay.
Which is better for me, a single course or a bundle?
Bundles usually cost less per hour, so they suit you if you need to complete a full renewal cycle. Tell us your remaining hours on WhatsApp and we will suggest the best fit.
